Expansive, Comfy Beach House with Private Beach Access & Screen Porch

On The Fripp Side is a spacious, comfortably furnished and fully-equipped beach house situated directly upon the ocean at the South end of Fripp Island with plenty of beach just outside the door.

This home features a 55 inch LCD television in the great room. LCD televisions in four of the five bedrooms and master sitting room. 

This no smoking home features a primary suite with a king-size bed, an oversize jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower, double vanities and dressing areas, a wet bar with mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker, private sitting room with television in addition to its own private deck with sweeping Atlantic views.

There are two additional oceanfront bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and deck access. Two more bedrooms each accommodate two double/full-size beds each. Each of these sets of first-floor bedrooms shares a full bath. There is also a half bath in the hallway. All first floor baths completely renovated/updated for 2021.

The great room, spacious enough for two sofas as well as several chairs. This wonderful room with soaring cathedral ceilings is open to both the kitchen and dining area on one side and the enormous screened porch overlooking the deck and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen will delight any cook. The dining table has space for ten + people.

We have been Fripp Island Lovers and Homeowners since 2001 and will be delighted to help you plan your Fripp Island vacation. We are also members of the Fripp Island Club--a private country club that features several pools, restaurants, TWO championship golf courses, tennis courts and planned nature, social and craft activities for all ages. Because we are Club Members access to this club is available (for purchase) to the renters of this home.
